Here is further info on how the payroll report works...

-If a student early cancels (more then 48 hours) it will show as “cancelled” on your calendar, the student is provided a makeup lesson and this becomes an unpaid lesson spot for the teacher. If the student shows up to the lesson, it’s important the teacher texts us end of day so that we can go into the system and reactive the lesson so that the student is charged and it shows up on the teachers payroll report

-If the student cancels late (less then 48 hours), it will show as “late cancelled” on your calendar. The teachers is paid for this time, sending a LM isn’t required however it’s good PR to send one if possible, as the student is still paying for the lesson

-If the student request a lessonmate, this is also a paid lesson in the teacher payroll report

Our payroll report is 100% accurate as long as the teacher does contact us if a student shows up that either isn’t in the calendar or is marked as a cancellation (not a late cancellation).
