#1) We're located AT Suite B5, 10211 100 Ave, Fort Sask, AB, T8L 1Y7

Our studio is located in the basement level, when you enter the front door, just head downstairs, walk through the hallway and we're "B5" at the end of the hallway. Street parking is available around the building.

#2) Ensure you enter through the main doors and walk down stairs. See pic below

#3) Lock Box Location is beside the front door.

**Ensure door is setup so it stays unlocked (see important video walkthrough for details).
