#1) We're located AT Suite B5, 10211 100 Ave, Fort Sask, AB, T8L 1Y7
Our studio is located in the basement level, when you enter the front door, just head downstairs, walk through the hallway and we're "B5" at the end of the hallway. Street parking is available around the building.

#2) Ensure you enter through the main doors and walk down stairs. See pic below
#3) Lock Box Instructions:
A) Lockbox #1: This outside front door lockbox is located left of the entrance. There should always be a single key in this box, ensure it's replaced after you unlock the front door.
B) Lockbox #2: A second lockbox has been added to the studio door (using the same code as the front lockbox). This lockbox contains only the studio key secured to a wire.

C) Lockbox #3: This is a backup lockbox and should only be used in emergencies. Code remains the same.
If lockbox #1 or #2 is damaged, jammed, or keys are missing then use lockbox #3.
Ensure you notify our team immediately so we can remedy the problem.
This is located behind the building on the gas meter. Do note there are two gas meter locations. We're using the left side location, next to the large garbage bins.

Access box in-front of yellow railing or walk in-between yellow railing & gas meter.

Two sets of Backups keys
(front door and studio door).
*Remove only the required key.
**Do not remove all keys.
***Notify our team immediately!
****Ensure you scramble code, close lid and cover, spin box around so it's on the wall side out of sight.
***** Return key(s) after use
