#3) Lockbox is located at the front door on the railing, it's marked with red tape, each set will have two keys, one for the exterior door and door at top of stairs, other key is used for the studio.

#4) There is an allan key on the inside right on the wall, this is used to unlock the bar lock on the door. The key insert in the barlock on the door. Bar must be pushed in, then key turned to hold it unlocked.

#5) When you leave the building, only lock the studio door and replace keys into lockbox, the other doors do not need to be locked as building manager will lock up the building.

#6) If you're locked out, or the main doors are locked and you need immediate service, contact the building manager Jordan #403-828-7792
