#1) We're located in Beaumont Professional Centre.

Most locals know the centre as it's where the "Sea Change Restaurant is located"

#2) Enter through the main doors from the parking lot.

Door is on the right side of "Sugar & Spice" Indian Restaurant, also next to the Kumon Math Centre.

If the front outside door is locked, there is a backup lockbox located to the right of the door, same code as our side lockbox. Ensure the door is unlocked for students if you need to use this.

#3) Once inside, take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd level.

#4) The studio lockbox location is upstairs in the main waiting area attached to the railing (near floor beside stairs). (See pictures below)

#5) Ensure you keep the door fob with you as you'll need this to open the main door into the hallway, the other key is for the studio which is down the hallway.

#6) If the doors are locked and you can't get in or out and require onsite emergency service, call the building manager Abhi at 780-938-0671

LOCKBOX INFORMATON

#1) Exterior Door (used only if the front door is locked). You should rarely need to use this.

#2) Interior Studio Door Lockbox (primary use for studio access). This is used daily.

Only use keys from primary box. If keys are missing, use the backup box and notify our team immediately so we can track the missing key.
